Refund/Returns & Cancellations Policy

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We do not accept any return/cancel the orders however we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case of any manufacturing defect with your dog-related product, you may raise an exchange request for it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with the tags in intact.

Return Policy:

• Returns accepted for 7 days.
• ₹149.00 flat rate return shipping.

  Note - You can view your order history or by logging into "My Account" with your registered email and verification code will be sent on your email to login. Once logged in, you'll be able to see your past orders and, if eligible, request returns from the dashboard.
